Shipping & Returns

Shipping prices are calculated according to the current Royal Mail prices.
Most products can be shipped through this service - and you will have the choice of which service to use before you checkout.
You can also get an estimate of postage costs on the shopping cart page.
The shipping costs are based on the weight of the item - but can occasionally be a little "off" - due to the Royal Mail system using not only weight - but volume or size to calculate the postage cost.
If you find a shipping estimate that appears to be incorrect - please contact us before ordering - we can usually adjust the weight to allow the best postage rate.
You will usually also have the choice to use Royal Mail "Signed for" services (service is dependent on the total weight of your order).
The shopping Cart will enter the weight of an item - and calculate the appropriate method for shipping - you will be able to check the calculated fee before completing the order.
Please Note:
We do not make any gain on the Post & Handling - remember Envelopes, Packaging, Tape etc added to a trip to the Post Office to queue for anywhere between 10 & 30 minutes is not a profitable exercise.
For orders outside Royal Mail limits - we will quote on an individual order basis - as and when the need arises.
If the item is particularly valuable - is a "one-off" etc - and cannot be replaced - we will insist on using a suitable "post insured" method of delivery paid for before dispatch - at least if the item then gets lost - neither of us is out of pocket to any great extent.

Loss/Damage/Delay of Delivery.
ON DELIVERY, please ensure that you check the goods are received in good condition.
Please only sign for them if they are undamaged or mark clearly 'goods damaged'.
You must also inform us within 48 hours by using our Contact Form.
 Failure to do so may lead to us being unable to replace any goods damaged in transit.

Orders will normally be processed within 3 working day after you have placed and paid for your order - however, please allow up to 5 working days for deliveries to the UK unless otherwise stated - in practice - although we state 3 - 5 days - many orders are dispatched next day. 
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major UK holidays)
 Items will be packed and then dispatched usually via Royal Mail.
If any problems are encountered - you will be notified as soon as possible and a new delivery time will be arranged.
Should you need an item sooner, please Contact Us - earlier delivery can often be arranged without a further charge.
If you think you have received an incorrect delivery, or your item is lost, damaged or delayed in transit, please contact us in writing or by using our Contact Form within 14 days of your order date.
You must provide your order number and date of purchase. We will not be liable for any loss, damage, incorrect delivery or delay if we do not receive written details of your claim within the 14 day period - and in the case of damage exceeding £150.00 - if you have not given us the opportunity to examine the damage and the packaging.

Returns Policy

 We appreciate your custom and will be happy to refund or exchange defective, damaged, or incorrect orders within 14 days of the delivery date, after such time the customer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods - if a faulty item is delivered or it is not the item ordered, the customer will be offered a replacement if available.
Faulty items must be returned within 28 days if a refund is to be issued.
 Unfortunately we cannot give refunds on any product or item of clothing that has been customised to your specifications.

Simply use our Contact Form. Be sure to enter your contact details, the invoice number and quantities ordered. We will provide you with a returns reference number and issue further instructions for the return of the goods.
Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs of goods found to be non-defective or intentionally damaged. Such products may also be assessed a 20% restocking / repair fee. We cannot refund orders sent to us without a valid returns reference number.
